Do you have your own factory?
Yes. We operate our own remanufactured truck factory and manufacture a broad range of trailers. Our team includes 300 technical staff, 15 management staff and 15 sales staff.
Which truck brands do you remanufacture?
Our range includes HOWO, SHACMAN Delong, SITRAK and AUMAN, covering tractor trucks, dump trucks and concrete mixer trucks. Ask our team about available models and the remanufacturing scope for a specific unit.
Can I visit your factory?
Yes. Customers are welcome to visit. Contact Fan Sen on WhatsApp or email to arrange a date and explain which vehicles or production activities you would like to discuss.
Can I request a customized trailer?
Tell us your load, dimensions, operating conditions and preferred configuration. Our team will discuss the requirements and confirm the available design and manufacturing options in your quotation.
What information do you need for a quotation?
Please provide the product category, quantity, destination country, required specifications, preferred condition and expected delivery date. For used vehicles, include your preferred model year, mileage range and budget.
What is your delivery time?
The schedule depends on the selected vehicle, stock availability, manufacturing or remanufacturing scope and order quantity. We confirm the delivery schedule with your quotation and order.
What after-sales support is included?
We offer 12 months of after-sales coverage and follow-up video guidance. Ask us to confirm the coverage scope and applicable terms for the specific product before you order.
Are used buses and light trucks available?
Yes. We supply used light trucks and small, medium and large buses. Contact us for current availability, photographs and information about the actual vehicle.
